Steam Widescreen Fix + Master Server Patch [TSE]

Note: if you use Steam version of SS: TSE, you don't need this to download.
The SeriousSam.exe from the Steam version of SS: TSE brings two awesome features to the original SS: TSE 1.07. This containts:
1) Applying master server '333networks.com' as default one for browsing and hosting servers
2) Widescreen fix which allows to set 16:9 / 16:10 resolutions via video settings. This is a must to use because the fov is wider now (before, if you'd add ur widescreen resolution to the persistentsymbols.ini, your view would have became circumcised above and below)
Explanations and details
The master server changing
Since GameSpy has been closed in the summer of 2014, Rocketers Alex has made the new master server (sam.ostap.eu / sam.ostap.nl) which, in less than a year, became the default master server being used in the Steam version. Ostap became the hoster of the master server.
But in the year 2017 when Ostap was fallen in hate to the whole GameZone24.Net community, he started to block the master server for most of us, also he didn't let others to see our servers in the server list.
On January 10th, 2018, 333networks.com became the new default master server for Steam version of Serious Sam: Classics.
After installing this .exe, you'll have 333networks.com master server as default one - so you'll be able to browse GZ servers and other servers; 333networks.com is default master server on Steam since 10.01.2018
The widescreen fix
Since nobody (or almost nobody) uses 4:3 monitors anymore, this is a must to use nowadays. With this patch you'll be able to change your resolution to 16:9 or 16:10 in the video settings:

This is not a cheat / hack, but totally official thing, which was included to the Steam version of SS: TSE since 2015.
Installing: just go to Bin and replace your SeriousSam.exe with one from the archive. Enjoy

The MOO2 1.50 Patch

Development of the 1.50 patch for Master of Orion II: Battle at Antares started in the last quarter of 2015 and the first version, 1.50.0, was released in February 2016. Now, we have arrived at patch version 1.50.18.2. Development is still ongoing, albeit at a bit slower pace nowadays, and a version 1.50.19 is in the works.

The MOO2 1.40 Patch

English version 1.40b25 patch
Updated 1.40 fan patch. November 9, 2020. 1178 kB.
The English DOS version sold online is fan patch 1.40b23 from May 2006. Information about this patch can be found in Lord Brazen's 1.40 patch FAQ. The 1.40b25 version is what I use for testing with the 1.40 patch. It has 4 changes compared to b23: Screen fade-ins and fade-outs are faster; Tactical Combat is turned on by default in the Game Setup screen; missiles default to x2 shot racks instead of x5 in the Design Dock console; and the cheat ALT+menlo gives 30.000 instead of 9.999 research points. The zip file includes a changelog and the source code of the 1.40 patch.
In case you do not want to play a fan patch you can revert from 1.40b23 to the last official patch as follows: Download English version 1.31 patch (below), extract the file 'ORION2.EXE' from the zip file and copy it into your MOO2 directory.
